Fresh food dishes.

Our cuisine is based on fresh and seasonal products from our regional producers and butchers. We sometimes cross the border of Valais for the season of asparagus and some typical varieties for hunting. When spring comes, we also offer suggestions based on wild plants and fresh flowers, provided by our grasslands and harvested by us. We prepare them according to our desires and the ideas of the moment with love and passion, to present them in our dishes.  Through all these proposals, we hope to make you discover our universe and make you want to taste our cuisine in a moment of exchange and sharing, but also a little water to your mouth!
