Fully equipped kitchen and dining room (20m²) and spacious living room (35m²) with giant (65 inches) flat-screen television, DVD/Blu-ray/Netflix player and 540 DVDs freely at disposal. Two common bathrooms with shower, toilet and washbasin on the 2nd floor as well as two private bathrooms, built in 2020, on the ground floor.

• 2-3 NIGHTS MINIMAL STAY in a six-bedded family room (25m²) with common bathroom, TV/Netflix (40 inches), crossing balcony and washbasin (360.-), quadruple with common bathroom, TV/Netflix (32 inches) and washbasin (240.-), triple with private bathroom, TV/Netflix (43 inches), DVD/Blu-ray player and renovated in 2020 (210.-) or double with private bathroom, TV/Netflix (40 inches) and DVD/Blu-ray player (150.-).
