My name is Claudia van Acken. I am a certified systemic counselor and certified physiotherapist and shiatsu therapist and have been counseling people for 25 years to solve conflicts, physical and mental problems in a holistic way. In my practice 5 minutes from Stadelhofen station in Zurich, I offer systemic counseling, supervision, personal and team development.

My way of working is called SysFee. It is a new, holistic method of counseling. From the very first session, you will gain a clear view of your situation. You will recognize the essentials, existing resources and effective opportunities for change. In this way, you train your awareness to be able to react clearly and appropriately to challenges. SysFee was developed for adults, couples, families and teams. It is based on the findings of the latest brain research and uses the body as an important resource.

SysFee is a new way of personal development and helps to relieve pain, reduce stress, overcome fears, resolve conflicts, promote team development, find sleep, develop potential, change tinnitus, migraines, shortness of breath or depression, gain an overview, make decisions, develop self-efficacy, shape life together, deal with or prevent burn-out, bullying, divorce, set boundaries, increase agility, find sources of strength, generate energy, develop visions,....

My conditions

My hourly rate varies between 140 and 180 CHF depending on the private or business context. I may offer social tariffs.
