Restaurant Le Dézaley Zurich - a tradition since 120 years !
The Le Dézaley restaurant is located in Zurich's old town, in Niederdorf, right at the foot of the Grossmünster - the iconic symbol of the city of Zurich.

We are best known for our cheese fondue, prepared according to our age-old family recipe ("Best Fondue in Town!").
Our guests really love specialties from the canton of Vaud or such as saucisson vaudois, cabbage sausage (in autumn), Vaud snails, but also Swiss classics such as Zurich-style sliced veal with rösti or a perch fillet fried in butter with lemon and almonds.
Desserts such as the Meringues with Gruyere double cream or the Pear sorbet with Williamine schnapps are legendary.
