La giovane strega Bibi è entusiasta: il grande congresso delle streghe si terrà sul Blocksberg! Insieme a Schubia e Flauipaui, aiuta nei preparativi. Ma presto tutto va storto: gli incantesimi si confondono, le streghe anziane impazziscono e l'incontro rischia di fallire. Ora le giovani streghe devono dimostrare coraggio, fantasia e amicizia per salvare il mondo delle streghe.
