Bob, rivoluzionario ormai sul viale del tramonto, trascorre la sua vita in isolamento, tra droghe e paranoia costante. Una delle poche costanti è sua figlia Willa, indipendente e vivace. Quando il suo acerrimo nemico ricompare improvvisamente dopo 16 anni e Willa scompare, Bob si mette disperatamente alla sua ricerca. Padre e figlia devono affrontare le conseguenze delle azioni compiute da Bob in passato.
