Quando un nuovo assassino mascherato da Ghostface semina il terrore nella tranquilla cittadina dove Sidney Prescott (Neve Campbell) ha ricostruito la sua vita, i suoi incubi più profondi diventano realtà: la prossima vittima designata è sua figlia (Isabel May).
