Lantsch/Lenz (German: 'Lenz', Romansh: Lantsch) is a municipality in the Albula Region in the canton of the Grisons in Switzerland .

The majority of its population is German-speaking, with a significant Romansh-speaking minority.

Lantsch/Lenz is first mentioned around 850 as Lanzes.

Lantsch/Lenz has an area, as of 2006, of 21.8 km2 (8.4 sq mi). Of this area, 27% is used for agricultural purposes, while 34.4% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 3.8% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (34.8%) is non-productive (rivers, glaciers or mountains).
