Since September 2024, Nico and Raph, two passionate chefs, have been traveling across the region to share their love for quality and locally sourced cuisine. Their mission: to serve delicious burgers made with fresh, seasonal ingredients.
At Trash Burger, every burger is crafted with care using high-quality local products. The soft buns come from a local artisan baker, while the meat is 100% pure Angus beef. The crispy Belgian fries are cooked in beef fat for an authentic flavor. Homemade sauces, including the signature Trash sauce, add a unique touch to every creation.
Trash Burger’s menu evolves with the seasons, offering original recipes that highlight the best ingredients of the moment. Among the must-try options, the Cheese Burger combines Angus beef, Gruyère AOP, and zucchini pickles, while the Cheese Burger Bacon is enhanced with smoked bacon. Vegetarians can enjoy a homemade burger featuring chickpeas and Gruyère AOP. Seasonal specials, such as the "Coin Coin" with smoked duck breast and truffle mayonnaise or the "Sapori di Italia" with burrata, cured ham, and sun-dried tomatoes, are sure to delight even the most refined palates.
Trash Burger moves around weekly to bring its gourmet burgers closer to you. Catch the food truck on Thursday evenings in Combremont-le-Petit and Sunday evenings in Daillens.
