Vent'anni fa la Germania ha conosciuto Bernd Stromberg e il suo team della compagnia assicurativa CAPITOL. Ora si ritrovano per una grande reunion davanti alle telecamere. Vecchi conflitti, nostalgia e alcol a volontà fanno sì che la riunione degeneri rapidamente, proprio come recita il motto di Stromberg: «L'ufficio è guerra». Oggi la situazione è ancora peggiore.
