Nufenen and its robot

At the Nufenen alpine dairy, Charlie is responsible for fine-tuning. The cheese-making robot helps processing the organic milk from 22 farms in the region. On the tour, the visitors watch Charlie at work and learn more about producing cheese. At the end, a fondue or a raclette is served – by real people.
