What a stage: First, you have to work hard to reach the Reichenbach valley at over 1,000 metres of elevation. Then comes the view to the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau, followed by a further 500 metres of elevation to the Bachsee lake with a view of the famous triple peaks. You’re then rewarded with a fantastic but challenging descent via trails and a gravel road to Grindelwald.
