Our individual coaching
Individual coaching is a very good alternative, whatever your fitness objective: weight loss, specific sports objectives, running a marathon or learning to integrate sports into your lifestyle.
Your sport-health coach will start the session with a complete assessment of your physical condition. This will allow him/her to identify your strengths, but also your weaknesses. He or she will then suggest an adapted and personalized training program in order to reach your objectives, in accordance with the specific constraints identified in the initial assessment.
This will ensure that you follow effective training programs and will reduce the risk of frequent injuries due to inappropriate training.
The coach's mission is also to provide you with motivation and advice, but also to make your progress visible over time! He or she will listen to you throughout the sessions so that they are stimulating and varied.
As the weeks go by, you will reach your goals.
We offer you 3 formulas : individual coaching, individual coaching at home and duo coaching.
