Colt Seavers è uno stuntman e, come ogni stuntman che si rispetti, è pronto a tutto: farsi saltare in aria e sparare, schiantarsi, lanciarsi dalle finestre e da ogni altezza possibile. Tutto per il nostro divertimento.

Ora però, reduce da un incidente che ha quasi messo fine alla sua carriera, si troverà davanti alla prova più difficile della sua vita: ritrovare una star del cinema scomparsa, smascherare una cospirazione e cercare di riconquistare l'amore della sua vita, pur continuando a svolgere quotidianamente il suo lavoro.
